Aaron Punnen

Aaron Julius Punnen is both a medical doctor and a theatre artist. He has been involved in many stage productions over the past five years with Centerstage, Jugaad and Co, The Tortilla Entertainment Company and Underdog Entertainment. He also directs and writes plays, conducts theatre workshops for children, hosts events, does voice-overs and has been in commercials for brands like Vodafone, Xiaomi, Gone Mad Choco sticks, Myntra and Peter England.

Abel Mathews

A stand-up comedian, actor, MC, voiceover artist and writer, Abel has more than 10 years of experience as a performer and entertainer. He has been the voiceover talent behind more than 25 commercial brands and has written and performed many sketch comedies for digital media. He’s emceed for sold-out events at Siri Fort Auditorium and for numerous large corporate and private shows. Abel also performs with The Improv by Centerstage, India’s top live improvisational comedy act.

Chetan Rao

Born into a family of artists, Chetan took to the performing arts at a very young age. To date, Chetan has acted in more than 25 plays. He has also appeared in Kannada TV series such as Vasudaiwa Kutumba, Mahabharata and Sweekara, sharing the screen with the likes of Sri. K. Ashwath, Mynavathi and Mandeep Rai.

Siby Thomas

Siby loves to perform and hasn’t missed an opportunity to perform on stage since his school days. He is an actor and dancer, and he loves doing impersonations and being in front of a crowd. He is thrilled to get on stage once again.

Zubin Vincent

Zubin brings with him 10+ years of acting experience with prominent theatre companies like The Little Theatre, Mellow Circle, Boardwalkers and Madras Players. He has performed in various plays, across genres – ranging from pantomimes to musicals to drama. He’s even dabbled in a bit of improv theatre. His association with Open House dates back to 2013, when he portrayed a bumbling detective in the Christmas play, Missing.

Elma John

Elma John plays the role of a stern, no-nonsense professor of neuropsychology in The Christmas Shootout. In real life, she pursued architecture as a profession, but she has been homeschooling her kids for the last 15 years— enough drama in that! Elma also volunteers with underprivileged kids to help build leadership skills. Having acted in plays during school and college, she is grateful for a chance to get back into theatre.

Reba Samuel

Reba Hannah Samuel is a Bangalore based singer and performer. She has sung at various venues around the city and performed in plays across the country. Singing and acting has always been her passion. She has also dabbled in voice overs. When she isn’t singing or acting, you can find her trying new food, writing poems and playing with her cat (she loves dogs too).

Elizabeth John

Elizabeth John is a singer, actor, model, stylist and a lecturer at a design college here in Bangalore. She is the lead vocalist in a three-piece acoustic band known as Blimey and has also been the lead vocalist in several other bands in the past covering multiple genres from Pop, to RnB to Rock and even Metal. Elizabeth is also a former Bharatnatyam dancer with 7 years of training and making her a complete actor skilled at dancing, singing, song-writing, styling, modeling and visualizing the big picture.

Our Musicians

Abhishek Pradeep

Abhishek is a songwriter, composer, arranger and producer, as well as a recording artist. In October 2016, he released a debut single through his project called Of Lambs and Lions. Earlier in his career, he played with the Bangalore-based rock band, Parousia. These days he assists other artists as a session bassist—covering rock, smooth jazz, funk, pop, gospel and soul.

Jesvin Matthew

Jesvin did computer science engineering, but is now pursuing a career in music. He’s been drumming since 2011 and is a drum tutor at NAD School of Music, Bangalore.

Esther Vijaya Selvi

Esther is a weaver of vocal harmonies. While she was pursuing her higher studies at Madras Christian College, she sang with the quirky college band, Lumbadi Lungies and Chorusmangalams. She has since been part of the band, Firebrands. Esther works as a human resources professional with a multi-national company.

Abraham Varghese

Abe has been singing professionally for over eight years and has won numerous accolades and best vocalist awards. He has fronted various rock bands and been a part of prominent ensemble groups in Chennai and Bangalore. His style and influences range from rock n’ roll artists like Elvis, Queen, Little Richard, and The Beatles; to smooth, soulful crooners like Michael Bublé, Sting, and Billy Joel; to alternative rock artists like Coldplay, Bon Jovi, and Robbie Williams.

Ankita Goswami

Ankita has been passionate about music since she was a little girl, humming tunes of her own wherever she’d go. She is an English editor by profession and has a degree in telecommunication engineering. Ankita has amazed audiences with the unique timbre of her voice. With her larger-than-life attitude, she loves experimenting will different genres, from alternative rock, to symphonic rock, to jazz, pop and blues.

Our Dancers

Richard Tholoor

Richard David Tholoor has been in the Dance Industry for 19 years. He is a popular dance instructor in India and has travelled across the world to teach and perform. He recently won the World Lain Dance Cup Qualifier in Las Vegas (May  2017) and also represented India at the World Latin Dance Cup in December 2016 (Miami). He has also won the European &Australian Salsa Championship in 2007 and also was a finalist at India’s Got Talent and was one of the first People to start popularising Bollywood Salsa. He entered the Limca Book of World Records in 2012 for being the first Indian to create a record of 127 Partnered Dance Spins in a minute.

Deena Mathew

At the age of 21, Deena is already a veteran in the theatre field. She started dancing at the age of four and has been in acting in various plays in school and college for the past 11 years.

Joice Amali

A shy little girl at school, Joice explored her passion for dancing and theatre later in life. She is an architect by profession.

Miriam Joshua

Miriam has been a choreographer for more than a decade, performing at various events, corporate shows and TV programs. She currently runs her own business and continues to teach worship dance.
